Informative and business sites have more constraints – they need to be easy to use, quick, search engine friendly, accessible, not to mention elegant and professional.

You don't need a site to have your own email address! If you don't want a site you can still have a more professional or personal email address;

Of course all hosted websites include email, as many addresses as you need.

Your site needs an address – your domain name. I can register it or you can. I use www.godaddy.com and www.ddns.com.au.

Writing for the web is much different to print. Very few people read long or even medium length pages online. I can make your print articles more suitable for the web.
